Craving cookie dough? Try whipping up a batch of this healthy cookie dough and enjoy it by the spoonful!
- In a medium sized bowl, add the oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix well using a spoon or your hands.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mix again.
- Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, scoop the cookie dough into balls and place in a container with a lid. Place in the fridge until ready to enjoy!
