  1. In a medium sized bowl, add the oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix well using a spoon or your hands.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips and mix again.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, scoop the cookie dough into balls and place in a container with a lid. Place in the fridge until ready to enjoy!
