Vegan Mug Cake: Chocolate Tahini
A healthy, single serve cake that s made in the microwave. This one minute vegan mug cake combines tahini and chocolate and is perfect when you want a sweet treat.
- In a microwave safe mug, add the almond milk, tahini, coconut sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk well to incorporate.
- Add in the flour, baking powder and salt and whisk well with a fork to ensure it's all incorporated. Be sure to get the bottom and sides so the batter is well mixed. Then fold in the chocolate.
- Microwave on high for 80 seconds. Remove, let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Top with ice cream if desired. Enjoy!
